A Dubai-based gold venture, holding company in incorporation, backed by committed private capital and scalable on proof. Morris Neiland and Patrick Koltermann will personally be on the ground from September 2026 — for a working stay, not a visit.

Nobody should order plant before proving grade.
We begin with a fully licensed sampling program on defined ground, mercury-free recovery, and refiner-grade documentation from the first gram. That is what international refiners require, and it is what makes a project presentable and durable for every party involved.
We do not order plant before we have proven grade. Ordering ahead of proof is the single most common way small mines fail — and avoiding it is the whole reason our program is phased.

Sample. Prove. Build. Scale.
Sample
Licensed ground access, gridded pitting, and a mobile bulk-sampling unit that processes every pit’s gravel.
Prove
An agreed average grade over a defined volume is the go/no-go gate. The decision is made on data, not optimism.
Build
Pre-negotiated wash plant and earthmoving fleet ordered only after the gate passes. Local crew hired and trained.
Scale
Adjacent proven ground developed from operating cash flow, with formal State partnership as scale justifies it.
Documentation & compliance
Everything we do has to survive a refiner’s audit.

- Assay records, origin certification, royalty receipts and transport documentation from the first pour.
